There's a good vibe here and the staff seem to really care. I've been in physical therapy before and I hated the feeling of having other people around me watching me as I did my exercises, this place doesn't feel like that at all. It's somehow more cozy/comfortable (as much as a physical therapy office can be I guess). Also, I've overheard staff talking about another patient, brainstorming together what may help this person get back to running without pain. This was nice to hear them spending some down time trying to consult and problem solve. They seem invested in listening to what I have to say and working to figure out how to help me best. I haven't been going long enough to see significant improvements yet but I feel that they have customized each thing I do to my particular situation so I'm confident that I'm in good hands.
