  • First off Edwin is AWESOME! I was a bridesmaid for my friends wedding and I literally waiting 4 days before the wedding to get my dress taken in! Life got in the way and I was seriously scrambling to find someone to do it in time. I called Edwin and he told me not to worry he could get it done. For those who expect a quote over the phone, DONT, he needs to evaluate the clothing before he can give you an honest price. Which was totally fine with me and makes sense. My dress was bought at a closing out sale so it was about 4 sizes to big on me. It is a sequenced double layer dress and he only charged me $80!!! WHAT! I couldn't believe the price and he was going to have it done in 4 days. You can tell he takes great pride in his work and is an excellent tailor. I put the dress on, got on the pedestal, and he went right to work measuring and pinning it in. Then he had me sit down to see if I wanted it tighter or looser anywhere. Saturday morning my was dress was ready. Let me tell you, I've never in my life had a dress fit me this well. I've had many alterations done elsewhere and honestly something has always just been a little bit off. This dress was honestly perfect and felt like it had been made for me. Edwin literally was a life saver for me and charged me such a reasonable price for the work. I know ill be bringing him some of my pants and other dresses I have to be tailored in.
