I would use caution when coming here. There are a lot of great reviews, and I hope that all of those people are correct on their experiences.
I went in for a smog check, and they did a complimentary inspection (makes sense, reason for the $9.99 fee to get you in the door) They told me that I needed a air and cabin air filter, and I told them that I had a service plan with the dealership. They then informed me that they would not be covered under the plan and would cost much more there. I gave them the okay to change. They then came back and told me that I needed a new battery as my had a leak. I skipped that as my husband could do it. Found out there was no leak, and had the battery checked and all was good.
BTW, After I found out that they misinformed on the battery, I checked my service plan and the air and cabin air filter would have been covered. Luckily only out the $60 for the filters and didn't pay the $200 for the battery.
