  • This place used to be called Archstone Arrowhead before Lincoln took over around five months ago and things have gone downhill quickly. Except for the maintenance staff everyone else was replaced when the new company took over. The new staff is rude and their website for paying rent does down frequently. The neighbors don't mean to be noisy but you can hear every sound they make but other than that it is a decently quiet complex. I ended up buying a home and had to break my lease. I explained this to the office staff and two of them walked me through the process saying how painless it was. well I've been out for a month now and just got hit with a $600 bill I was not told about. To make matters worse they apparently have no record of my $200 deposit so now I can't get that back either. It's a shame considering I've been an upstanding tenant for over three years. This is a poor way to end my stay with them.
