  • I came here with my father-in-law to do blood test. The receptionist told me just sign in don't need make a appointment. We arrived there at 9:40. And we signed in. We were still waiting for it after one hours. No one call our name. I saw some patients were later than us went to inside. And then we went to reception talking to the lady that I want to see Dr chou because we already waiting for more than one hour. And then they let us to go inside. I fill out some papers and the guy tell us someone would call our name. And then one more hour pass it, I move to the area (blood test) ask the lady when would be turn for us. She said I already call the name three times, what the hell were you doing? ?? We were waiting for outside who would hear what were you calling, it would be a ghost!!! I so we came out at 12?00. I am so so so angry! sorry, it am not good at english grammar.
