  • I have 3 cars and all have been in for a visit with Tim over the past few years. Compliments that easily come to mind are honest, integritous, professional & neighborly. I'll explain the last... I brought in one of the cars once where the muffler shield was partially detached and made a loud banging noise whenever it's driven. It took Tim 5 minutes to fix with a strap. He gave me the keys and said "have a nice day!" Now I'm not saying he'll do this for everyone, but perhaps it's a status you can reach with someone when they know you've put your trust in them and will be back to continue supporting their business. I know I certainly will.
