  • Nicely designed, reasonably priced clothes. Customer service is non-existent. One checker dealing with lengthy purchase with over 12 people in line. Clerk on floor nearby oblivious to everything, trying to look like she was doing something without her phone in her hand, had to be called over to check which seemed like a major inconvenience to her. I've seen earth worms with more purpose in life. This is pretty typical of all H&Ms. They could care less about the customers.
