This store has the worst customer service! I will never shop at Kohl's again because of the poor customer service I received today.
I went in the store to get some Levis for my son. As I went to the register there was a young girl that was at the register ringing the sale. She was unable to take of a sensor of one of the jeans and she asked for help from Jill. Jill was also unable to take the sensor off. As she continued to try another cashier went up to the register right next to her. Jill said to her something on the lines of are you done being rude with sarcasm and a sarcastic laugh. Jill then called for help since she still couldn't take off the sensor and someone came out and to it off right away. After the sensor was off I notice it left a whole. I said oh no there is a whole. She gave me a are you kidding me look and said well you can go get another pair. My transaction was already processed and was just waiting on the jeans.
I just took them and left. As I was walking out I thought the jeans rang up wrong so I wanted to speak to her. There was the customer in front of her and she was arguing with her about a coupon (this was the same customer that they were speaking about while I was waiting for my sensor to get removed). Jill continued to argue with the lady.
When it was my turn I was just so fed up with her service, I said I just wanted to return my purchase. She denied speaking about the other lady in front of me. I told her it was the sensor that left the whole in the pants and instead of offering to get me another pair she told me to get it. She told me I would of had to wait for her then. I said what difference does it make if I went to get it, I would still have to wait for her. I said you should have offered. There she goes arguing with me as well. How is it ok to argue with your customers? Where is your customer service?
Jill is a manager for some reason and this explains why the customer service of this store SUCKS! I've seen other bad reviews about Jill on here as well. When is Kohl's going to learn? I have been in retail for the last 16 years and have been in management for the last 13 years. I would be mortified to work with someone like Jill and know that she is training people on customer service.
