  • Lived here for year, not the worst place I've lived in but definitely not the best. On the outside these apts are very nice and all of the amenities are great. But once you move in you quickly realize that the apts are very poorly made, the walls are super thin with hardly any insulation. We lived on the bottom level and that turned out to be a big mistake, this complex has 3 levels to every building which makes for a lot of foot traffic and lot of people around outside all the time. So it made it hard to have the blinds open unless you want every single person that goes by to look into your apartment. Just the noise and amount of residents was one of the main reasons we decided to leave this place. The office always has new people working there every month so the communication is lacking. Every question had a different answer depending on who you spoke with. The bright spots for this place were the amenities and the maintenance staff. The property was always kept clean and work orders were handled in a timely manner. The pools, gas grills, gym and club house are all very nice, we definitely took advantage of all of them. Overall this place is over priced but if you can deal with all the noise and the amount of people then this is the place for you.
