  • Hayward showed up on time and did the job right! They took down a huge tree in our yard. It was a bit more pricey than other tree companies. They had initially quoted us a reasonable fee (very comparable to other companies - actually even cheaper) however the quote increased after they discovered the tree split down the trunk so they could not climb it and had to use a bucket truck. I thought it was a bit much but read the good reviews on them so we opted to go with them for the quality service. Overall, they took the huge tree down (nearly 2-3 stories high), removed the stump to include the visible roots, another tree stump in our yard, a neighbor's tree stump and cleaned up all in 1 1/2 hours!!!! They had sent a couple of workers and the owner came also. They indeed brought a bucket truck and wood chipper. They did an amazing and speedy job. I was super impressed with their work and would definitely recommend 10x over. They indeed were a little bit more pricey than other companies but well worth it. Especially since some other companies have sketchy reviews. If you want quality work and the job done right call Hayward!
