As a loyal customer from the day this dealership opened I was not impressed at the customer service during my last visit, now I haven't been a customer for five years- and such a turn for the worst. Now I have seen what I hear when I speak to my clients, I want to apologize to anyone I sent to this horrific dealership. They will promise the world and treat you like you are a bottom feeder when you say you can't or won't pay $200 more a month that discussed prior to visit. Now I am not a customer with challenged credit I have an above 700 score, this would of been an easy deal to finance but all they enjoy doing is placing pressure and getting you to allow them to run credit to start the game. I watched a woman cry, a couple raised their voice out of frustration and a man explaining a deal they made with an 80 year old woman, a woman that was taken advantage of and given a bad deal with a car with more options then needed, shame on you! You should of asked her to bring a family member so she understood the deal, all the while the team was giggling at the management desk. I have taken time to read the reviews and it seems I am not the only one that took their business or will be taking their business elsewhere. Arizona has some great dealerships, save your time and go somewhere they well appreciate you. When people feel the need to report this dealership to Better Business Bureau repeatedly there is bad business being done and you should not allow yourself to be the victim.
