All three stars are for the food - no complaints there. My sandwich tasted really fresh and the small (5") was surprisingly filling. It's nice that the meat and cheese are sliced to order rather than sitting out in a slimy tub. Plenty of different toppings are available and they are applied quite generously. They also have a huge smoothie menu.
Unfortunately, the service was pretty bad... I was left wondering whether there's even an interview before you can work there. The guy making the sandwiches was so slow it still took forever. And both workers I dealt with were practically non-verbal. Everything came out as a quiet mumble, which was slightly frustrating.
