HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE experience. I'm not sure who is more traumatized -- myself or our dog. One of the girls let our dog loose around the store after they had "finished" grooming our dog. They had the store door FULLY OPEN. Our dog ran out of the store, down the street and onto the busy road. Once I got hold of her, I brought her back so that they could finish up with her cut because it looked pretty horrible. Donna has supposedly been in the business for 40 years, but she was pretty aggressive with our dog and wasn't treating her so nicely from the way I saw our dog being handled. She said she had a very hard time with our dog and that they needed to place a muzzle on her and place a noose around her neck and back of her body. Our dog gets groomed all the time, and she loves it and leaves extremely happy. Her original groomers NEVER have issues with her or tell us about how she has ever misbehaved. We have NEVER had an issue with our dog misbehaving at the groomers. Dogs sense when they're not being treated right. I think she acted up because they were aggressive with her from the very beginning. We took our dog home, and she was not herself at all. Her eyes were red and teary eyed as if she had been crying. She looked so miserable and unhappy and as if she had been abused. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone and wouldn't even go there if it were free. My dog is traumatized for life.
