rev:text	WELL DARCY YOU LOST ANOTHER ONE! My dog has been coming here for a few years, and it was "alright" but this week I called 3 times 3 different days and she said that she was leaving at 2pm.......I'm confused can't anybody else groom him?? So I tried again and dropped my dog off at 9am I walked in and asked how long at 1pm and they said it will be another hour or so BUT no one called me even when I said call me anyway! I was sooo upset that my dog was there 6 hours! THE NERVE So I decided to talk to Darcy and let her know that this was too long and NOT ok! ******* w o w *********** She acted like I was getting on her nerves and said that my dog was on a long list and that I was able to request my dog earlier.......??????? Well I told her that no one let me know that was an option but on the way home I didn't understand why I had to request him earlier if I showed up and payed ahead of time, waited another hour and no one ever even called me! she was also rude by letting me know that my dog was fine because she has AC WHAT?????? AC ???? Well wow what a thing to say, no shit!!!!! As the owner of the company she should have had business etiquette and realized I wanted my dog at a reasonable time and go above and beyond! NO ONE SHOULD WAIT 6 HOURS...........
