  • My daughter went here to get her highlights darkened. Took in a photo, and explained exactly what she wanted. Her highlights had originally been red, but when the red faded they were left blonde. She didn't want blonde highlights anymore, so she went in to have them made Caramel Color. The stylist (Teresa) who took care of her , gave her an all over foil and bleached her hair! She has 4 times as many blonde highlights now. Then they proceeded to charge her 140.00 knowing it was not what she wanted. I called the next day and they offered to fix it even though they said they did nothing wrong.Why would they offer to fix something they hadn't messed up? Of course my daughter wouldn't go back if you paid her. We called the next day and asked for our money back. We were told that our information would be given to the owner and he would contant me. I have yet to hear from him, but when my mother in law went back in to get her money she was told by a manager (Nana) that they were not returning her money because my daughter got exactly what she asked for. These people are not qualified to be dog groomers. If you value your hair, DO NOT go here!!!!! You will be paying to have your hair ruined! They are rude, untalented, unprofessional, and unethical!
