I thought their products (EZ bed, outdoor decorations, entryway rug) were excellent. Even better was their customer service, which I did not expect to be good.
I bought the EZ bed in queen size first but it didn't fit the room so I had to ship it back. The UPS store screwed up and didn't wait for proper shipping label so the return got lost. Frontgate took over tracking and refunded me and fulfilled my exchange request (sent me EZ bed in twin) immediately, with no hassles at all.
