  • We were with property minders for 2 years. We loved this company! A) They make it super convenient to pay rent online. B) When we had appliances go out, like they normally do, we literally got same day fixes, unless WE weren't available...then it would be next day. C) Jeff and the PM team are super nice people. They are always friendly, professional, and take care of things quickly. D) We took very good care of our condo (Longmore Units) and we actually got every dollar of our deposit back. EVERY DOLLAR. If we ever move back to Arizona, we are definitely hitting up Jeff at PM and seeing what they got. If you are considering one of their properties, go for it. You'll be in good hands. Just do your part and be good tenants.
