  • It's been a couple years since my original review. I've continued to use Grakei Maids and honestly, I cannot imagine working with a different cleaning service. The ladies do a great job and the cleaning is very consistent. The business went through a rough spot with communications but since hiring an office manager, the communications has been great. E-mails are sent prior to your cleaning to remind you. Business invoices are also provided through e-mails. If you're old school, I'm pretty sure they call you and leave paper copies as well. When we tried to sell our house last year, we asked to change the frequency of the cleanings and Grakei accommodated without any issues. They also adjusted our rates to reflect the increase in cleaning frequencies. They are very flexible and trustworthy. I do not like having people in my house while I'm not there but I trust them now to let them work while I'm not there. I highly recommend their services as they are fair in pricing and deliver consistent and excellent results. ----------------Original Review 12/26/13---------------------- Been shopping around now for a while for some cleaning services. I found Grakei's in an ad sent to my house. After reading some reviews, I decided to give them a try. I really like that the same crew is sent each time. They get to know your house and how you like it cleaned. The communication is terrible with the management. They are slow to respond to emails and hardly ever answer the phones. The crew has been to my house 4 times now. The service is good but they were late by 2 hours once with no phone call. The prices are much more affordable compared to other places which makes up for their lack of communication. Overall, good service for the price, but not 5 star treatment.
