  • Do not rent a car from this location. Picking up the car was easy. Returning the car was a nightmare. Budget wanted to charge extra fees because it had rained and the tires had mud on them. They claimed there was garbage in the car. I had left an unopened gallon water jug in the back seat hoping that someone would want it in the desert temperatures. I took photos of the car to prove it was not excessively dirty.
