  • This Michaels provides the most frustrating encounters with customer service you could imagine. When purchasing an item I was reassured I could return it as long as it was within 30 days of purchase. When returning to the store within the 30 days, they tell me the item cannot be returned just because it was clearance however they told me it could be returned !! Disrespectful customer service! They talk down on you like you're a child. DO NOT GO HERE. save your time and shop elsewhere !
