  • I'm new to Las Vegas and this is the only clinic that has Saturday hours by appt only. I was looking for relief from two days of nonstop tension headache. I realized that I hadn't had an adjustment in over two months and that's why my head hurts. I found this office and based on rave reviews decided to try them. I called at 9:01 am on Saturday morning to try to get an appt and told them I have been in pain past two days and could I please get some help. The receptionist coldly told me that they only see new patients Mon-Fri and that I couldn't get in for relief. I asked the female receptionist if she expected me to endure two more days of pain to wait until Monday to see the doctor and she said yes. I hung up. I'm extremely disappointed by their receptionists' lack of compassion for patients in pain, even though she was perhaps just following rules. Now I have a bad taste in my mouth and I'm not sure I want to go back. I will probably go to a different chiropractor for adjustments.
