We are taking a flight out the morning of December 24, 2015. My husband drops me off at the airport with the luggage and he takes the car to Park and Jet. I waited and waited for him. Thank goodness we gave ourselves a lot of time. He finally gets to the airport and was furious at the bad service and lack of consideration he got at Park and Jet. He is asked if he has a reservation - news to us. Was always drive in and park. He saw cars leaving the lot and he could see no reason why he couldn't park. He tried to talk to the woman manning the gate but she was on a personal phone call and made him wait. She finally assigned him to a row and he waited forever for a bus which didn't show up so he walked a few rows down to catch the bus because it was very cold and the bus driver was very belligerent and told him he was suppose to wait for him. You think he would have been grateful my husband saved him time. We will be parking elsewhere for our next trip. In this tough economy why give business to service providers that gave very little respect for customers.
