  • I was recommended Data Recovery by a Best Buy Geek squad member, as they are local (a location in Phoenix) and would be faster than their mail-out service. I dropped a drive that wasn't reading off at their office, and received an evaluation and cost the next day. Once settling on the service to provide (speed, return media, etc.), it only took two days to recover my data and have the drive ready for pickup. The staff is very friendly, and their facility looks space-age -- clean room, bright light, static protection, etc. Highly recommended!
