I'm editing my review after I took my cat to another vet and heard their second opinion. 4 months ago my cat came into Camelback Animal Clinic with itchy ears and coffee ground looking discharge which is all over the internet as being typical of ear mites. The doc said it wasn't ear mites and gave me FOUR medications for my cat. 1 ear cleaner, 1 bottle of pills, 1 greasy tube of topical ointment, and baby food looking stuff that I had to squirt in her mouth. I don't remember exactly how much it cost, but it was over a hundred dollars. After months of doing what Dr. Cruz said to do, I decided to get a second opinion because her ears weren't fixed. Guess what? It turned out to be ear mites! The fix was $16.00! Not only did the doctor overcharge me but he misdiagnosed my pet and caused her to go through months of unneeded daily ear cleanings and force feedings (my cat hates pills). Not a fan!
