  • So I used to really like this location but some time in the last couple months it's like they retrained their ice policies and it's just messed up. Dutch used to be the best chain coffee in the are a but now I'll make sure to take the time to go to a real coffee house, if you ever order lite ice (because who wants watered down coffee?) They will underfill your drink by a considerable amount. While Dutch uses decent beans by no means is it some exotic pour that warrants this kind of selfishness to your customers, by trying to save that nickel if that you are going to lose a lot of customers. The most confounding part, even if you order a drink then have extra shots added in they will STILL under fill if you ask for lite ice, making me think this is trained in which is just outright insulting. Bye bye Dutch, or at least this location.
