  • I'm writing this going on hour 2 waiting for my reservation. They ask you to call in the morning to set your pick-up time; don't bother because it doesn't matter. There are about 50 other people waiting here for their reservations as well and have MAYBE gotten through 5 people since I've been here. This is the most mismanaged place I've experienced. If you have any other option, you are better off doing that.
