  • DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! This place is a joke. Moved in almost 2 weeks ago and have had 4 problems so far and local office will not call me back or return my emails. I rented a dryer from them and still haven't gotten it. No one will answer my question on when it's coming or why I was promised it last week. Also moved in to a house with broken blinds, rusted out dishwasher, and a floor so dirty it turns your feet completely black in 10 mins of walking around and I have a newly crawling baby. Even with moping my feet still turned black because the grout is so full of grease and dirt. I shouldn't have to get on my hands and knees and scrub the entire bottom floors grout after giving them $4000 to move in. Had no problem getting people to call me back before I gave them my deposit and move in. Now that they have my money... I don't exist. I even complained to corporate and they didn't seem to care either. BEWARE!!!
