  • Went to a Urogynecologist who did not listen to me, he wouldn't fill my prescription and instead gave me medical supplies that didn't fit my body. He did an exam on me and hurt me so badly that I still hurt 24 hours afterwards. He told me to ignore symptoms that have I had in the past for bladder infections. He did an ultrasound on my bladder and then when I questioned him about he said, "Don't worry, I won't charge you for it." He was pushing a Medtronics 12 session treatment and kept bringing it up over and over again during the visit, making it very obvious that he wanted to "sell" me on it. When I asked him what the success rate was, he said, "Oh, there wouldn't be any statistics on this procedure." When I complained about my visit with this doctor to the Patient Experience office, they had the administrator of Gynecology call me. All she did was argue with me and tried to make excuses for the doctor. She made it obvious that all she was doing was covering the hospital for a lawsuit. I will never go to Mayo in Phoenix again. I've been to Rochester and it was wonderful, but not Phoenix/Scottsdale.
