  • I have used Taps, the owner, for over five years for all my HVAC needs. I followed him from his previous company once he started his own business. I live in an older home with a goofy system that had vexed the other AC techs that tried to work on it -- but not Taps. He is the most "get it done" contractor I've ever worked with. He always does everything he can to keep costs down without ever sacrificing quality. Taps gets to us so quickly, even during the hottest times when things are busiest, and has what he needs on his truck to gets things fixed then and there. He is extremely proactive with communication and he shows up when he says he will. He is professional but friendly and never makes you feel bad, even when you have six inches of dog fur all over your coils. I highly recommend Comfort One and Taps. I am a loyal customer for life.
