  • Liars, thieves - a joke. Booked an appointment here to get a service done. 1) I took it to another BMW mechanic who said the service isn't even required, that the car is good 2) Nonetheless, I called to book an appointment. Was told the full service would take max 90 mins and cost $300 taxes and labour included. 3) Sure enough I get here and after 20 mins of waiting they tell me the service will take "way longer" than 90 minutes and the receptionist was wrong about that. 4) They also tell me it will cost "closer to $400" and that the technician I got a quote from over the phone was wrong. Well, you lost my trust. And my business. Are all BMW dealers in Toronto a network of scammers??
