| - The staff and management at EagleRider of Las Vegas couldn't have been more professional. They were challenged with some difficulties, shortage of bikes, mainly the Ultra Limited which is the bike I requested. They had bikes that were grounded for different reasons and huge parties coming in from Europe who reserved two-week trips. I could tell they were all working very hard to accommodate all of the people coming in for bikes that day. I needed the Ultra because of the tour pack, and to get used to it for a more extended trip in August. I ride a Dyna Wide Glide around town on the weekends, and small trips, so this was quite a step up in weight and class. The bike weighs 900 pounds, and mine weighs 600. We had some issues upon check-in, but they were able to resolve the problems. My Rental Specialist was Mike, and the GM was Sean. Both of them went above and beyond to make my weekend a five-star experience. In business, we are faced with challenges every day. What separates companies from their competitors is their people and their leadership. Mike and Sean worked together to the right the wrong that had occurred, and I went on to have a phenomenal weekend. It wouldn't have been the same had we not worked through those initial concerns. I would have continued on my trip, but wouldn't have been pleased with the outcome. The bike was excellent, from the handling to the storage capacity, to the stereo, and the cruise control. I just could not have been happier. We toured 780 miles of Southern Utah in 2 1/2 days. From Zion National Park to Bryce Canyon, Escalante, to Cedar Breaks National Monument. I joined the EagleRider membership program, so I look forward to doing a lot more of these tours. Next up Big Sur California. Thanks again EagleRider!
