  • For the price and location, I think this place is as good as it gets! I picked the apartment because of it's location in an outstanding school district. My apartment is outdated but it's clean and, after the recent changes in the maintenance team, staff have been very responsive and with any requests. I love that there are 3 pools on the premises and I love that my daughter has the opportunity to make so many friends with kids her age. I will say, there were some unexpected charges but the overall monthly cost is still among the best in the area. I am a bit hesitant because my one year lease is coming up and I've heard that the rent is automatically inflated annually but we'll see how that goes as I do plan to stay here another year. Keep up the good work Vista Montana!
