I go to Trax Farms occasionally with my husband. He grew up near the farm and has gone there all his life. I only was introduced to it a few years ago. I have to say, it's a very good place. They have all kinds of seasonal events and sell the typical seasonal farm items (pumpkins in the fall, Christmas Trees during the holidays). They also do special events. We always end up going to Breakfast With Santa with our nieces and nephews. They do a nice job with it and the kids there always seem to have fun.
What I really love about the farm is the great shop. They have tons of decorations and gift items in one section. The other side of the building is produce and baked goods. They also have a really nice sandwich shop & small cafe. The sandwiches they make are great - but be careful, they're huge! Even if you're eating there you might want to get it to go just so you'll be able to keep the second sandwich half.
Their meats and cheeses are great too. When we go I always like to pick up some ham salad or chicken salad to enjoy the rest of the week.
