  • A friend who was staying at the hotel took my ex and I to dinner there. He ordered the smokehouse burger which he said was good, I loved the black bean burger (Vegetarian) and our friend had the Turkey/Stuffing dinner. Service was very slow, not only did it take them 10 mins to get to our table with water and to take our order but it took almost 30 mins more to get our food. Our waitress was friendly but she only checked on us once, right after the meal was served, our friend was out of coffee after a few minutes and she was never given a refill + I ordered fruit with my Burger, Fries were brought out, The waiter said he was sorry and would bring fruit but this was never brought out till we were getting ready to leave. Hey, The food was good...the service just was not up to par and we are good tippers at 20% if we are happy, in this case we were not. Our friend has invited us to the breakfast buffet in the morning, different staff/different element so I suppose we shall see how that goes, IF we go.
