  • My husband and I went in to eat one morning and sat there for 10 minutes being completely ignored. As we got up to leave one of the hostesses said "sorry" to us which told me that they sat there watching us be ignored and decided to do nothing about it. I've spent many years in restaurants and that's just unacceptable. Had someone simply came up to us and at least acknowledged us, that would be different. Worst customer service. Never going back.
