  • Whatever you do don't use them as your management group. These people kept my deposit and charged me for stuff that was already in the pre-move in inspection. Literally it has been 4 months since I moved out and in the contract it says they must return the deposit if nothing wrong within a couple weeks. I called them and all they did was give me the run around and lied and said they had to call the owner. They also charged me for keys not being returned but when I dropped the keys off they signed the key form saying they were all returned. Please save ur self a headache and go with someone honest that will not be like Mosaic Properties
