  • Wow, I should've checked the reviews first.... Took two items in, one needed pressed, one needed re-stitched (not hemmed or anything). Their website said one price for the pressing services, when I got there, the pressing was another price. Okay, fine, whatever, just update your online presence, I get it, sometimes things fall through the cracks... I got a quote for the 2nd item re-stitching & upon going in to pick it up, the price was 30%-50% higher than the quote. Really? You're not going to honor your word that you told me when I dropped things off last week? Even after I expressly ask you to? I can overlook one oversight... I did the first time around when I dropped things off & paid for the pressing. I can't overlook the 2nd. Today I was told, loud & clear, a few bucks right now is worth more to this company than my continued business from here on out. As you wish, I won't return. Really, truly disappointing service.
