  • So rude. We went to QPS for a friend's birthday. The guy working the front desk was horribly rude to from the start. This place has so much potential. I just wish management would get rid of those with poor customer service. We won't be back. Charlotte has so many other places to enjoy. So sad but the atmosphere outside of the rude service is good.
