It was a Friday night and I was dreading the thought of trying to fall asleep on our Sealy Posturepedic mattress. It was an expensive mattress so my wife and I expected much more out of it. Waking up in the middle of the night with a body part asleep was commonplace but an accepted fact of life. I decided to do some quick research online for a mattress and my wife mentions "some mattress company being advertised on the radio station 97.9 here in Phoenix." Immediately I was skeptical because of the paid advertisement, but since a happy wife is a happy life, I started to do my research. Within minutes I was able to find Tuft and Needle and the amazing reviews that customers were providing. I go to their website to see if I could schedule a time to test a mattress. Reminder that it's late on a Friday and I'm trying to schedule a Saturday visit. Within minutes of sending the email I get a super polite and professional response about when to show up Saturday. I'm thinking how awesome the experience was so far at this point, there's no way it can get better right? Wrong. We arrived to the cool adaptive reuse warehouse building in downtown Phoenix and within minutes we were sitting on one of their mattresses. Instantly sold on my wife and I. The staff were top notch and the saleswoman (sorry, forget her name) was awesome. No pressure sales and she was incredible with her patience of my 3 year old son acting like he owned the place. We agreed to buy a king sized mattress at an incredible price that can't be beat anywhere. Since then we have had so many wonderful nights of sleep and I'm a customer for life. Thank you for making such a wonderful mattress. When it comes time for our next mattress, we will be going to Tuft and Needle for sure! My wife loved the experience so much she gave serious consideration to apply for a job with the company! Cheers!
