Came in for some late lunch on a Saturday at 2:00 and was sat immediately and offered something to drink by the server.
We got a half rack of St. Louis ribs with the dry rub and the Texas hash that was on special. Everything was good. The hush puppies were really little and you only get a few of them. The smoked veggies side was very oily and was nothing special. The ribs were cooked really well, falling off the bone.
The hash came with 2 slices of sourdough toast buttered and was topped with two fried eggs and a half of an avocado sliced. It had great flavor but the brisket was really fatty. The hash is a good greasy breakfast/brunch meal for sure.
