  • I went to Lowe's looking for a door catch - door hardware. The man in hardware was useless. I brought in the broken hardware. He looked at it and said it's on the other side of the ladder and pointed down the isle. I couldn't find it. Thanks for the help?!? I ordered the part from Amazon. Someone found the correct part and shipped it to me for less than the price of the part no one would help me find at Lowe's.
