Was with them for over a year as my business kept growing added multiple cars and spent a year trying to get a fleet account setup for oil changes. During that time dispite many many many times from everyone from the gm to service manager we are going to get it done, their ever-changing fleet person. No returned called etc. We called it quits and went to their competitor which was able to accomplish that in less than 5 days. We cancelled everything as of February 1st but Cobblestone kept feeling anyways we had to do it all online took over 2 hours to cancel as you can only cancel two cars per 30 minute. Which in the end did not even cancel. Stopped in and ask for a refund on it and to be canceled and told there was nothing they could do about it I would have to do it online explain to them that I did do it online and that it did not work they said they have no control over it and they can't help me and then having to close the account disputing all charges for them most on Professional Organization I have ever worked with that has no clue of how to handle corporate accounts. My recommendation is go down the street to their competitor much easier to deal with in the even dry your car for you
