I have purchased many cars over the years but my experience at Big Two Toyota was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I worked through the internet/fleet department and set up a time to test drive a Rav4. I had an offer in had before I even walked through the door. We were given several different options to drive and presented with a written offer. I explained we wanted to o to other dealerships to test different models. The salesman accepted this, wished us a good day and said he hoped to see us back later in the afternoon. No pressure at all. We were trading in another car and had an offer from CarMax prior to arriving. The salesman was honest and stated they may not be able to meet the same offer but he would try. After leaving we went to another dealership (Earnhardt's) and test drove the exact same model. Only difference was the car at Earnhardt's was filthy and the salespeople were very aggressive. They presented us with a lower offer which we took back to Big Two. Big Two beat it by several hundred dollars, bought us lunch and offered to let my mother get her nails done while we waited for the paperwork to be finished. There was no pressure to finance or purchase an extended warranty. Detailing did an extremely good job and all features were explained very well( with patience) to my 79 year old mother. Great experience! I will definitely return to purchase my next car. I highly recommend this dealership and the salesman we worked with- Robert Henley.
