rev:text	I will officially never be back to this branch! Let's start at customer service, or should I say the lack of Customer service? I awoke to my neighbor knocking on my door to let me know that i had a flat tire. I was bummed but happy that i know how to do change it and figured it would only take me an hr or so at most to change it, however i than found out that my spare was also flat. Another one of my neighbors had a truck and he kindly placed my tires in it and took me to this shop. It was a while before they actually even acknowledge us, and even more annoying was how stupid he made me feel when I was asking about the difference in the tires. I told him I had seen they had a certain tire on sale, and asked for it at least until i could do some further investigation of my own and decide what tires I should get. I guess he did not like this, as without even looking, he told me they did not have any, and i then asked if they had a used tires. I had to ask him 3 times to go in the back and check to see what he had. he came back way to quick and told me that he did not have any in my size. I gave up and asked if could at least get a discount on getting 2 tires instead of just one, Again i was told no and then he turned and started talking to the next customer. I had to wait until he finished with that customer to pay for one tire full price. I then asked if he could look and tell me what was wrong with the other two tires, and he said he couldn't tell me and was not allowed to find out anything. I asked to at least look and see if there was a nail or something in them, and again he shrugged me off and explained that the tires were two old to be able to tell what was wrong with them. Needless to say i left very disappointed and went and got my tires at a different shop for a whole lot better price. There are too many options around, for anyone to feel like Discount Tire on Thomas rd is the one to go give their business to.
