| - Disclaimer - I've done yoga before but on a very recreational basis - like when it's offered at my gym, or at lululemon, or some friend asks me to go. So I'm not a serious yoga go-er though I have done it several times before, namely at moksha yoga.
I visited 2 times after purchasing a group deal - $20 for 20 classes.
The first time was at 8pm on a Thursday night and the studio was pretty empty, so I had no problems with the small room not completely lined with mirrors, the narrow hall and change room, and only 2 showers.
However, the 2nd time was a on Monday night at 6pm and it was PACKED. We were spilling over each other on our mats, I had no mirror space (though my fault since I was cutting it close to start time), and a ridiculous line-up for the shower.
The instructors were pretty intense - the first one I had was too regimented I thought; the 2nd one was much friendlier. I found both workouts really hard, much harder than moksha.
The location is really convenient as I can walk there after work, and it's close to King subway stn and the King streetcar. I think if they limited the class sizes or enlarged the change rooms, I would consider bumping up their rating.
