  • East Mesa Karate is an excellent establishment. I began taking my son there just before he turned 3 years old. They normally start accepting students at 3 years old. They gave my son a significant amount of extra attention and even let us come in early for one-on-one time before the class started. The instructors were exceptionally patient with my son and very kind to his mother and I. We did end up pulling my son out of their classes just because he doesn't quite seem old enough to benefit fully from what they teach. However in another six months or so we plan on bringing him back as we had a very pleasant experience with them. I would highly recommend East Mesa Karate for anybody with small children wanting to get involved in group activities.
