Loved this inviting and cozy tea room on the 2nd floor from the moment I walked in (easy to miss it from street level). Antique furniture, a piano in the corner, pretty mismatched floral china, and a large tea menu -- this place is a great place to spend a lazy afternoon. They have baked goods, snacks, and bigger items if you are hungry. I had their blueberry scone which was fresh out of the oven warm and just the right texture (crispy outside, a little bit fluffy inside, not too dense/dough-y) and the london fog.
