Having my meetings here was such a refreshing change as it wasn't a Starbucks and it was locally owned.
After popping in several times a week for months on end, I almost felt like Norm in Cheers. Linda the owner and Sherman the manager, would heartily greet me and were always more then gracious with their time spent chatting and their consistent service.
While they had nice treats in their case I rarely ate here as much as I would go for hours in the shop conducting meetings, hanging out with friends and enjoying my Moroccan mint iced tea (they would brew the tea fresh) or iced latte. What I like about this place the most are all the locals that hang out there and the way Linda decorated with books for sale. I love books and being surrounded by them made me feel like I was having coffee in someone's private library.
For local flavor, head over here, it's a great place to hang out, especially on her patio as there's great people watching because of all the activity from the bike shop, the blow out bar and the Red Ribbon bakery, etc..
