  • We went there lookong to buy 2 specific cars, sales wasnt an issue, mostly because we knew what we wanted for about what price. We were pre approved through credit union, who I wanted to finance through and I wanted to purchased extended warranty through them. They said we couldn't use my credit union . I called my bank the monday after the purchase and they told me they could. The interest was slightly higher but the extended was half the price. I feel that we were not given the correct information in finance and I am very disappointed with their customer service. For being a family owned business and wanting "to be up front with customers about the vehicles they are purchasing" I found them to be dishonest. How do some people feel good about takong advantage of other's, I'll never get it.
