If I could give a negative to the company and this site I would. First to get an appointment takes about a month or more to schedule. Today I arrive prior to opening and was listed 1st on the walk in list, but I got jumped and had to continue to wait. I finally had to say something. So the journey started at 6:40AM and I am still waiting at 8:15AM as I write this review.
As a company goes this one needs to make some changes, but I guess they think since they are the only game in town the customers have to suck it up.
They have one electronic check-in station which many of the elderly have trouble using. Only having 1 check-in station delayed the entry of the patients.
I need to talk to my 2 insurance companies to look into using some other diagnostic company to create competition and help improve the service.
